Gods of trash metal are visiting Belgrade

Everybody heard by now that the gods of trash metal are visiting Belgrade on May 8th.

There are only a few people who haven't heard about Metallica and even less people doesn't feel the chill when imagine that they are standing in the first row of fan pit and feeling all that energy!

Metallica will visit Belgrade for the second time. The occasion is celebration of 20th birthday of their album "Black Album". Besides songs from "Black Album", the members of this band will play their other songs.

Peple are buying tickets very fast and there are only a few tickets left. If somebody still haven't bought them, he/she should hurry up. Here is a quick reminder: 

Metallica was formed in Los Angeles, California, in late 1981 when drummer Lars Ulrich placed an advertisement in a Los Angeles newspaper-The Recycler-which read "Drummer looking for other metal musicians to jam with Tygers of Pan Tang, Diamond Head and Iron Maiden." Guitarists James Hetfield and Hugh Tanner of Leather Charm answered the advertisement. Although he had not formed a band, Ulrich asked Metal Blade Records founder Brian Slagel if he could record a song for the label's upcoming compilation album Metal Massacre. Slagel accepted, and Ulrich recruited Hetfield to sing and play rhythm guitar. The band was officially formed in October 1981, five months after Ulrich and Hetfield first met. 

Metallica has many awards... Nine Grammies, two American Music Awards, two MTV Video Music Awards and VH Award, ERPN Action Sports and Music Artist Contribution Award for 2001. year, over thirty California Music Awards, NARAS San Francisco Governor Award 2004th, MTV: ICON 2003rd and most recently ASCAP Creative Voice in 2004. year.
