The Second "SHARE" conference

The second "Share" conference will be held from April 26th till April 28th in year 2012. Belgrade will become again the epicenter of progressive ideas and exchange of knowledge in society, technology, internet, music...

Belgrade will become again the epicenter of progressive ideas and exchange of knowledge in society, technology, internet, music. All this will follow an intensive music program that will simultaneously take place in a a few selected clubs and alternative places in the city.

Since the first "SHARE", which was held in spring 2011., the turbulence of activism on the internet has reached the people on every part of the planet. The Arab Spring, "occupation" of Wall Street, anti Sopa and PIPA battle are some of the powerful movement that showed that the Internet is becoming increasingly influential in major changes and empowering the citizenship.

This year, "SHERE" conference will bring together more than two thousand activists, bloggers, engineers, programmers and artists from Serbia and abroad, during the three days of interesting lectures, workshops and meetings at Dom Omladine. The speakers will be leading international stars in the field of Internet activism and social changes, cyber-dissidents and world-famous bloggers, who will show to the audiences new forms of activism and approaches in applying new media and advanced technologies. The discussion will go down deep into the underground internet movement to investigate groups that are fighting for digital rights, protecting the privacy of citizens. With advanced music and culture they will praise the Internet as an open and free the territory for everyone.

The music program of the conference, "SHARE by Night" will present performances by the world's current innovative electronic and modern music, that will share the stage and DJ console with talents of local club scene. 

"SHARE" conference will be free event this year. All interested delegates will be able to provide self-presence on "SHARE" lectures through a series of competitions, workshops and activities during March and April. Due to limited capacity,it will be available 2000 unique bracelet, which represents a pass for over 100 lectures, exhibitions, concerts and DJ performances.
